Mr Maurice Levy the chairman – CEO of Publicis Groupe in less than four months passed the responsibilities to his heir Jean Yves. Mr levy 70 years of age was set to retire at the end of 2011 but the board of directors decided to increase the retiring age from 70 to 75 which gives Mr Levy more time before reaching his careers end.
