Position Summary
Our growing advertising product team is looking for the industry’s best and brightest ad product people. As Interactive Producer
, you will be responsible for producing high-quality custom advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable in digital display advertising production, web design and development, project management, and able to provide visual and user experience feedback to both staffed and contracted resources.
Key responsibilities include:
Produce custom advertiser campaigns from insertion order through launch and post-launch tracking and reporting
Create production timelines and manage workflow for internal teams, as well as agency asset collection and approvals
Ensure high quality campaigns by working with internal creative and development teams, vendors, and agencies to align with ad specifications, product vision, and advertiser goals
Represent creative team for custom campaigns, participating in calls with media and creative agencies to understand advertiser goals and communicate creative ideas and technical project scope
Serve as liaison between creative/technical resources and product marketing/sales on sold custom campaigns
Provide pre-sales support by brainstorming content, estimating costs, suggesting scope, and scheduling design resources for sales comps
Improve creative workflow processes, establishing and documenting best practices
Establish and negotiate new vendor relationships as needed
Minimum job qualifications:
3 years digital advertising experience for a high volume consumer website or advertising creative agency
Knowledge of digital advertising creative and production, rich media, ad serving and ad management technologies, web and mobile design and development, and social network integration
Strong project management capabilities with high attention to detail, ability to lead cross-functional teams and external creative/technology resources and hold teams to success metrics and high quality standards
Problem-solving attitude and ability to drive successful outcomes in high intensity, quick turn-around environment
Demonstrated ability to execute complex projects with minimal guidance
Strong sense of project ownership and ability to follow through with delivery dates to maximize revenue potential
Effective and diplomatic communicator to manage project scope with advertisers and keep project on schedule for live date
Experience with Doubleclick DART and Omniture a plus, as they relate to campaign performance monitoring and reporting
Experience with content management systems a plus
Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university
