Retail Advertising Jobs
Retail advertising officer uses basically the medium of advertisements and commercials to build, maintain, and manage the reputation of organizations ranging from retail centers to supermarkets and malls. The primary task of the retail advertising officer is to build on the reputation of the main products marketed by the retailer or the quality and low costs of its products. Retail advertising aims to manage reputation in order to gain understanding and support, and influence opinion and behavior. Most supermarkets and departmental stores enable good offers in the pricing of their products, and it is the retail advertising officer who has to garner enough publicity to garner sales and enhance the store reputation through the medium of thought-provoking but relevant ads. Retail advertising officers also supervise the working of the stores and conceptualize on ads which can magnify the benefit of visiting the stores, to enhance the sales impact. They also design hoardings and billboards and rely on outdoor advertising for the purpose of promotion.
The job candidate should be a graduate in media or advertising and should have ample experience and knowledge of the retail market. The candidate should have at least some experience and knowledge of the local or business retail market.
