Pratt & Whitney’s Marketing organization has an immediate opening for an Associate Director/Digital Marketing. The position is based at P&W HQ in East Hartford and you may travel up to 20% of the time.

Position Overview:

Drives a vision and builds collaboration with cross-functional teams to align vision and execution

Work with business stakeholders, in-house IT organization and other technology partners to keep Pratt & Whitney and EngineWise competitive and to manage digital projects from inception to launch, ensuring marketing integration and timely implementation.

Participate in strategy, management, and coordination with key partners including agencies, ensuring the successful development of both integrated and standalone digital marketing programs.

Integrate and optimize mobile, tablet, desktop sites and mobile Apps into the EngineWise marketing ecosystem.

Manage digital analytics, including SEO, and CRM. Implement, report, and conduct analyses across all platforms along with the development and reporting of comprehensive analytical performance/conversion metrics to evaluate effectiveness/performance of tactics.

Participate in the development and implementation of digital advertising activities including strategy, production and messaging.

Basic Qualifications:

Experience in developing marketing strategies and executing plans for new projects/initiatives

7-10 years’ experience managing highly creative B2B marketing campaigns for global brands across different channels, including digital, print, and social.

5 years’ experience in digital/social media.

Ability to develop compelling and clear marketing and creative briefs and adept at building, designing and delivering presentations.

Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task projects, priorities, schedules, and deliverables.

Experience using project/process management tools, and creating project plans, including statements of work, timing plans, and status reports for stakeholders.

Experience creating RFIs, participating in vendor assessments, procurement and contract negotiations with 3rd party vendors & partners.

Supervisory and agency management experience required.

Preferred Qualifications:

Project Management Experience

Master’s Degree in Marketing or related field
