At Kraft Heinz, to be the BEST food company, growing a BETTER world is more than a dream – it is our GLOBAL VISION.  To be the best, we want the best – best brands, best practices and, most importantly, the best people. Owners Only!            This is a role for someone who craves a global challenge balanced by the desire to be accountable for delivering against the model in the largest business unit for Kraft Heinz.  It is both a strategic and a tactical position.  Those that do not want to get their hands dirty or build out a function against a blank slate without buying pre-packaged solutions should not apply.  Reporting OrganizationThe Associate Manager, Marketing will report directly to the Director of Marketing.  The Associate Manager, Marketing with have a dotted line CIS responsibility to the Sr. Mgr, CIS/Operator Insights Foodservice. Summary StatementSupport the efforts of the KFI Marketing Department with CIS/Research and Marketing Communications programs Description          1.          With direction from Sr Manager, CIS/Operator Insights Foodservice, work with market research vendors to scope projects and develop estimates within assigned budget, developing actionable insights to meet business objectives as defined by category, sales and/or marketing.2.          Execute research, interpret and present market, insight and trend data, develop and publish marketing presentations.  Execute ad hoc research requests that could include customer requests, customer webinars, and internal marketing requests to support demo or training programs.3.          Support growth initiatives via a broad range of marketing business activities as required by the platforms.  This support can include research on market sizing and product characteristics, pricing and pricing strategies, operational requirements, commercialization of new SKUs and development of marketing/sales collateral and communications to support new product launches.4.          Develop customer specific insights supporting KFI ingredients, culinary applications, sales objectives and business strategy.  Travel to customer locations (or lead webinars) and engage cross functional teams in presentations.5.          Under direction from Director of Marketing,  design, manage and implement with Ad Agency digital media communications programs, including website, email campaigns, directory listings, digital advertising and social media.  Provide measurement and tracking of effectiveness of communications programs.6.          Ensure that KFI/Kraft Heinz brand standards are consistently implemented across all mediums.7.          Develop internally and/or manage agency support within assigned budget to develop sales collateral materials such as sales sheets, brochures, and demo program materials8.          Manage support for approved brand events, including show services, messaging, display materials, show calendar, website integration, promotional items and inventory.','!*!Qualifications1. Strong work ethic, ability to work independently, team player and sense of urgency for deadlines2. Strong communication skills in developing core ideas and business objectives into written and graphic form3. Possess creativity, problem-solving skills, innovative thinking and strategic vision4. Excellent critical reasoning skills5. Basic business statistics skills6. Skilled in Microsoft Office tools with proficiency in Excel and Powerpoint7. Undergraduate business degree required, MBA preferred8. Strong aptitude for analytics, developing research to support business strategies and communicating insights to a variety of audiences9. 3-5 years’ experience in a variety of marketing communications skills (digital marketing, brand events, media, website, sales support materials, agency/vendor relationships)10. Comfort and skill for public speaking including strong presentation skills11. Food industry experience a plus12. Working knowledge of Social Media tools and tactic a plus13. Ability to travel up to 20% of the timeEEO Statement
