The D1 Creative Team is looking for an Associate Production Producer to support our rapidly growing Production team in Seattle. Candidate must have experience with hiring crews, working with clients in some capacity, general post production work flow, Word and Excel (Adobe is a plus), and be able to manage creative production and clients in a deadline-driven environment. This role will work with our project managers, producers, post producers and editors on multiple projects. Responsibilities: - Manage projects from kickoff through delivery - Ensure crew knows the tasks they need to complete to meet review dates and delivery deadline -Put together shoot dates, hire vendors, manage set - Communicate post revisions to editors - Run quality control on video reviews - Keep track of project budget
Basic Qualifications- 1 \u2013 2 years in a creative production environment, preferably a production manager or coordinator - Some experience interfacing with advertising agency creatives, producers and account managers a plus - Strong organizational skills - Understanding of the video and animation production process - Very high attention to detail - Ability to handle multiple projects at once
Preferred Qualifications- Experience managing production workflows that utilize Word, Excel Adobe suite - Deals well with Ambiguity and ever changing situations - Takes ownership of projects - Remains calm under pressure
