The Brand Manager coordinates and manages the creation and production of innovative marketing communications and client presentations that effectively promote ITA Group and deliver a consistent, engaging brand experience. Additionally, the Brand Manager supervises and oversees the work of the marketing communications creative team.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Journalism, Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations or English.
Minimum eight years professional experience as copywriter in an internal marketing department, advertising agency or similar environment. Preferably working in a B2B content marketing capacity. Minimum two years supervisory experience is preferred.
Strong creative abilities and the ability to develop innovative ideas and concepts.
Strong business acumen and ability to research, understand and effectively communicate business strategy for large companies in a wide range of industries.
Thorough understanding of effective communication styles and techniques, including conceptualization, copy outlining, writing, design, editing and proofing for all media (editorial articles, blog posts, social media, email, print, video and other electronic formats).
Ability to develop content strategy and independently seek out existing content and perform the research needed to produce engaging and insightful copy.
Ability to lead, motivate and supervise creative/professional individuals, leading them to a higher level of quality and creativity.
Ability to have a positive attitude and effect on the creative/professional staff.
Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
Excellent copy editing and proofing skills.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Ability to handle multiple priorities and manage workflows and schedules of the creative/professional staff, even in the midst of stressful and difficult circumstances.
Basic PC experience required. Software experience must include Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
Ability to listen, understand, and respond to external and internal customers’ needs in a timely manner; customer service experience in a service-related industry preferred.
Ability to work the time necessary to complete projects or meet deadlines.
Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding salary and personnel issues.
