The Brand Studio is a passionate team of creative thinkers tasked with shaping the future of Google brands by deepening the love of our users. As partner to our creative and strategy leads the Brand Marketing, Creative Activations, Brand Studio will utilize honed creative instincts to ensure the internal teams, creative environment and external partners are all optimized and nurtured to allow for our best work to take place. Using best practices, keen judgment and industry knowledge to support, optimize and shepherd the very best work of their career.

You are a builder of teams, ideas, brands, relationships and people’s potential. You have a natural ability to bring people together around a problem that becomes an idea and then protect the core of that idea through the creative process. Challenging people around you to grow, to ask why, to push creative boundaries and to put forth the best of themselves. You rely on your senses to identify problems early and clearly see how to unstick the process to move people and ideas forward. Most importantly, you can demonstrate exceptional creative and design sensibilities with an attention to detail.

Our job is to demonstrate how Google's products solve the world's problems--from the everyday to the epic, from the mundane to the monumental. And we approach marketing in a way that only Google can--changing the game, redefining the medium, making the user the priority, and ultimately, letting the technology speak for itself.


Launch end-to-end global marketing projects, including planning, creative development, execution, budget management, measurement and optimization of projects with partner brands and agencies.

Partner closely with brand studio strategy and creative leads to push, challenge and transform creative briefs with strong strategic thinking and an innate connection to culture.

Generate and execute big never-been-done-before ideas, identify gaps and opportunities, that will make lasting impacts across Google and in users lives.

Scale communications globally, working with the respective regional brand and product marketing leadership.

Build and maintain relationships across the studio that can help to facilitate a strong cross functional team dynamic that leads to better creative work.


Minimum qualifications:

BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.

8 years of experience at an advertising agency, and/or consumer product marketing and brand management experience within a brand organization.

Preferred qualifications:

Extensive experience leading integrated marketing efforts on a global scale for a major brand.

Demonstrated experience with exceptional creative and design sensibilities with aggressive attention to detail.

Demonstrated expertise managing a breadth of marketing agency partners and developing best in class creative work.

Demonstrated digital marketing, pushing the limits of technology to tell stories and bring product experiences to life in new and remarkable ways.

Proven ability to excel in a creative, fast-paced environment.
