Let’s connect. We are looking for a Copywriter who will write copy in long and short form as well as copy edit within the voice of our brand for email/digital to DM/print. This writer will report directly to our Creative Director and partner with designers as part of the newly created in-house agency. *There are multiple positions available for this requisition!*Must have proven ability to analyze strategy, develop copy, produce, edit, present and communicate ideas that communicate the brand vision. A thinker and doer who lives, breathes, thinks, and demonstrates experience in the traditional and digital marketing space. Has deep appreciation for clear and concise copy from big picture to grammatical details. Partner with designers and collaborate with marketing and, digital teams to deliver relevant messaging across digital platforms, including collateral, email, web and other branded experiences. • Create copy solutions that reinforce and elevate the Simple. Clear. Personal. brand platform at every point, with attention to detail for traditional and email messaging. • Work from agreed upon creative briefs with designers, director and/or project teams to develop and execute concepts for major financial products and marketing initiatives. • Develop impactful marketing messages that can be conveyed across a variety of vehicles. • Establish best practices for written content, encouraging cross pollination across all channels. • Maintain product and target knowledge while understanding needs of assigned business partners. • Successfully incorporates all changes and suggestions from internal business partners, department, legal and compliance reviewers. • Maintain knowledge of industry and marketing communications trends and incorporates new ideas into company's process and procedures. • Help Creative team workflow process run smoothly and finds innovative ways to enhance it. • Develops and nurtures relationships with in-house agency colleagues—creative, account management, traffic —operating as a positive agent for improving internal communications and workflow. • Understand customer feedback, and metrics to convey on strategy, and on brand copy. Delivering creative copy backed by data-driven consumer behavior insights. • Present to creative partners effectively and positively while communicating how the work will help achieve goals succinctly and with feeling. Qualifications• 5-7 years of professional experience in marketing and/or agency environment. • Solid copywriting online portfolio. • Expert in best practices in eMail/DM, copy editing and grammar. Familiar with the Financial landscape. • Strong strategic thinking, business partnering and presentation skills. • Proven ability to work well under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Ability to quickly absorb, express and expand upon Brand Vision and Copy Standards.• Create, iterate and continually deliver copy in a clear, concise, intuitive way that maintains brand voice. • Proven ability to research, self-edit and write creatively under tight deadlines. Educational, Certifications and/or Other Professional Credentials:Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications or similar field is preferred or relevant experience.
