DIGITAL MARKETING SPECIALIST The Digital Advertising Specialist builds and optimizes paid search, display and social advertising campaigns. This position requires a strong understanding of paid search and paid social ad platforms, keyword research, conversion rate optimization, web analytics, and pay-per-click reporting. Responsibilities: -Work with the content marketing team to develop segmented consumer sales funnels and lifecycles, and weave keywords into content as appropriate. -Lead and manage paid programmatic/display/banner advertising campaigns on the Internet. -Perform regular semi-weekly PPC optimization across multiple platforms (Google, Amazon Marketing Services, Google Shop, YouTube, etc.). -Analyze campaign performance and ROI using web analytics tools and internal cost of goods data. -Research and develop an ongoing keyword portfolio for each product line to optimize our ad copy, landing pages, bidding strategies, negative keywords, and search engine optimization. -Optimize ad position, impression share, and quality score to maximize CTR, CPA, Conversion Rate, ROAS and target CPCs. -Collect and compile reports from our ad agency; coordinate and synchronize our internal PPC and social efforts with our ad agency. -Report on the bottom line business impact of all digital advertising efforts. -Report and improve upon existing ad campaign success metrics (KPIs). Bonus Skills: -Experience managing Amazon Marketing Services (AMS) campaigns -Google Analytics certified or deep experience preferred -Marketing automation experience (HubSpot) -Experience working with a bid optimization platform
-BA in Marketing, Communications or related field -3 years' minimum PPC ad account management experience -1 years' minimum social ad account management experience -Deep understanding of Google Shopping and pay per click campaigns -Deep understanding of Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter advertising -Deep understanding of display advertising and retargeting -Proficiency in web analytics platforms -Proficiency in online research and data analysis -Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
