The Marketing Director of Advertising, Media, and Product Development will be responsible for developing and executing a multi-year plan for the Marriott co-branded card program across two key areas:
Above-the-line marketing program including paid and earned media
Product and benefits including branding, product portfolio optimization
Key focus areas:
Deliver meaningful year-on-year improvements across brand funnel metrics
Manage product positioning, and associated creative and campaign strategies
Develop, test, and execute media buying strategies, with heavy focus on digital, data driven channels
Develop an earned media and PR plan that is core to our marketing and promotional strategies
Develop consumer insights to drive new products and/or new product benefits, and messaging and positioning of new products
Define go-to market strategy for new product or benefit launches
Engage across the team, and the broader business, e.g., centers of excellence, to execute against strategy and achieve goals
Develop a strong working relationship with the Partner and achieve goal alignment
Plan and deliver against financial, customer experience, operational and control goals ','!*!
10 years of marketing background with direct experience or significant exposure to advertising
Strong leader with insight and ability to identify business opportunities, manage P&L objectives
Ability to negotiate with external and internal constituents to drive consensus
Bachelor’s degree required, MBA preferred
