The Integrated Marketing Producer executes on a wide range of client materials designed to provide insight and information to plan participants and to deliver on initiatives created by the client facing team. This diverse role is primarily responsible for ownership and management of the full range of client material deliverables in Pre-Sales situations (print, direct mail, web banners, presentations, websites) for a client from concept to delivery.
The Integrated Marketing producer is part of a team that executes on projects from assignment to completion and ensures that they are finished on time and to specification. Additional areas of responsibility include creative issue resolution and providing insight to project requestors and guiding them through digital or other advanced deliverables.
This fast paced role is a great fit for an organized, multi-tasking individual who thrives on variety of project management, design and production. Familiarity with project tracking systems such as Attask/Workfront or similar is desirable. Ability to collaborate with Design, Web, Editorial, Compliance and UX partners is also helpful.
Own and manage an assigned project from initiation to completion, including arranging meetings, checkpoints, and routing work
Balance capacity effectively to consistently exceed expectations and meet deadlines
Communicate directly with internal stakeholders and address goals, timelines, outstanding needs and revisions throughout the project process to meet deliverables
Create project timelines and ensure timely execution of projects on accelerated schedules, when needed
Assess and follow up with project partners to ensure that project flows through the routing process
Provide light design and layout support to design team for presentation materials
Provide support for print production efforts to prepare final sales materials and deliverables
Review, proof and edit draft communication materials and presentations for accuracy and to maintain unified message point Work effectively within a project management system to create, track and monitor assigned projects.
Seek ways to improve communications and process efficiencies. Use the online system to create streamlined, repeatable efficiencies
Pivot in role responsibilities frequently to support the demand/capacity balance on the team
Re-prioritize projects as needed to meet requestor needs as they evolve
Anticipate and resolve with an appropriate solution, while keeping project initiatives and deadlines on track at all times.
Identify potential conflicts and address with a sense of urgency
Foster relationships with cross-functional departments to ensure smooth workflow on all project
Establish regular cadence of communication on project status, raising any concerns in a timely manner to appropriate channels
BA/BS degree required with 3 years of operations/advertising/marketing/communications project experience, within an advertising agency, marketing department associated with financial services
Impeccable communication skills (written, verbal and presentation). This is a people role requiring a flexible and positive attitude
Proven collaboration skills that encourage positive and productive teamwork across the organization
Excellent analytical problem-solving skills
Must have strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
Working knowledge of company’s project management system, or similar
Proficient level: Microsoft office and Adobe applications such as PowerPoint, InDesign Print and digital experience
Must have the ability to be flexible with personal scheduling to meet deadlines
Ability to handle high volume of work in a professional manner
