Reporting to the VP – Marketing & IT Services, the Marketing Manager will oversee corporate marketing activities with a focus on digital advertising strategies that maximize traffic and lead conversion. Exhibits strong commitment to the service needs of the internal and external customer. Represents the company in a professional and courteous manner.

Essential Job Functions:
Oversees the organization’s website performance by implementing an effective SEO/SEM strategy, creating traffic goals and benchmarks, and implementing A/B testing protocols and procedures to optimize end user experience and conversions.
Evaluates emerging technologies by identifying trends and insights. Provides thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
Measures and reports on performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).
Provides direction on creative services to ensure consistent brand identity across various media including graphics, copy and content.
Optimizes performance of other digital media including social, local listings, and email marketing.
Stays abreast of changes in the marketing environment to best serve the objectives of the organization and adjusts plans accordingly.
Provides support and direction to corporate marketing team members.
Travel up to 10%.
Other duties as assigned.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or closely related field or comparable work experience
A minimum of five years of marketing experience with an emphasis on digital strategy
A minimum of two years of marketing experience in a management role
Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures
Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected
The ability to work independently with close attention to detail
Excellent time management skills; ability to prioritize work functions
Ability to learn and institute BH and industry standards
Ability to travel up to 10%
A positive, team-oriented attitude
Ability to handle multiple projects and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work with a diverse group of people and customers
A valid driver’s license may be required
Previous experience with Google Analytics, HTML, Excel and Adobe Creative Suite preferred.
