Florida Hospital seeks to hire a Marketing Representative who will embrace our mission to extend the healing ministry of Christ.

The Florida Hospital Foundation headquarters are located on the main campus of Florida Hospital in Orlando. Work Hours/Shifts:

Full Time: Monday-Thursday 8am-5pm, Friday 8am-2:30pm

Job Summary:

Responsible for the development of strategic marketing plans for service lines and campus. Leads execution of marketing plans and provides clear return on investment, as well as completion within established budget parameters. Strong partnership with CHN representative to ensure volume and program goals are met and any issues affecting marketability are properly escalated and resolved. Leads web strategy and development of websites as well as event planning and execution. Actively participates in outstanding customer service and accepts responsibility in maintaining relationships that are equally respectful to all.

Knowledge, Skills, Education, & Experience Required:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising or Health Science, or

Three years or more experience in the marketing and/or sales field

Fundamental knowledge of marketing and public relations

Ability to work well with others using tact and diplomacy

Ability to multi-task and take direction in a matrix work environment

Strong organizational skills

Self starter

General knowledge of computer programs including but not limited to Microsoft office, Outlook, Lotus Notes, First Look, and Adobe Reader

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Ability to implement initiatives in a strategic manner with minimal supervision

Ability to work well with others using tact and diplomacy

Job Responsibilities:

Demonstrates, through behavior, Florida Hospital’s core values of Integrity, Compassion, Balance, Excellence, Stewardship, and Teamwork

Develops strategic marketing plan for assigned service lines and campus. Leads execution, including: advertising, web strategy, community relations, special events, media, sponsorships, customer service, internal communications, and new business opportunities.

Partners with CHN to achieve campus/service line strategic goals. Effectively articulates issues and initiates appropriate resolutions to issues which can impact marketability and volume from physicians/clients.

Utilizes strong understanding of market research pertaining to applicable service lines and campus. Works closely with market research team on market analysis and reporting to support marketing strategy development and maintaining competitor, consumer and physician information.

Develops tracking mechanisms to track impact/affect of all marketing activities. Tracks, monitors, and reconciles ROI quarterly for service lines.

Leads design and development service line websites and web strategy incorporating search engine optimization and pay per click strategies. Works with internal web team/external vendors such as copywriters, photographers, and optimization firms. Works as the communication lead to project leaders such as physicians and administration.

Leads event planning including: development of event vision, staffing, catering, venue, internal event team coordination, and ROI.

Executes marketing initiatives while staying within set budget parameters for service line and/or campus. Provides quarterly reconciled budget report to Asst. Marketing Manager and Marketing Director.

Actively seeks internship candidates. Assists in on-boarding, project management ad performance review.
