OVERVIEW:

Working as a Full-Time FAST Crib Solutions Specialist, you will develop and execute a sales strategy to help grow Fastenal's FAST Crib Solutions. You will be expected to sign new customers, assist with implementations, conduct trainings, and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

o Developing and executing a sales plan in your territory to meet and exceed sales goals

o Managing and negotiating FAST Crib contracts

o Providing FAST Crib system support to customers and internal users

o Maintaining and expanding existing relationships for account growth and retention

o Participating in implementations while supporting new Fast Crib accounts

REQUIRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

The following skills and qualifications are required for this position:

o A valid driver's license and the ability to meet our driving record requirements

o Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, MIS, Finance, Economics, Communications OR have prior Fastenal work experience in a branch or National Accounts position

o Excellent written and oral communication skills

o Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite

o Highly motivated, self-directed, and customer service oriented

o Demonstrate strong organization, planning, and prioritizing abilities

o Exhibit strong problem solving, deductive reasoning, and decision making skills

o Ability to learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast paced environment

o Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

o Ability and Willingness to travel

o Ability to lift, slide and lower packages that typically weigh 25lbs-50lbs and may weigh up to 75 lbs

o Ability to pass the required drug screen (applicable in the US, Puerto Rico, and Guam ONLY)

PREFERRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

o Prior industry related sales experience.
