We're looking for a a passionate, highly driven and intellectually curious marketing analytics expert to join our growing team dedicated to a F500 client.This position will work closely with internal teams and clients on analytics, reporting and optimization strategies to maximize ROI and ROAS.Ideal candidates will have a thorough understanding of direct response digital media and metrics, budgeting, online to offline and multi touch attribution, media mix modeling and optimization techniques. They will be experienced in planning and executing testing strategies such as A\/B and multivariate.We are seeking candidates with strong analytical, math, problem solving and communication skills.Experience in SEM\/Paid Search, Social Media, Display\/Digital Media is a plus and will be highly considered.Please note that this role sits in the PMX Agency office in NYC but the successful candidate will be an employee of our sister agency, MMI.Responsibilities: Measure and analyze impact of digital media in relation to campaign KPIs and client business goalsDraw conclusions and recommend actionable optimizations and media allocation decisions to meet and exceed client business goalsForecast outcomes and implications based on recommendations and optimizationsDevelop and measure testing strategies to increase\/improve campaign performanceLead in developing reporting dashboards and data visualization that align with KPIs and business goalsMaintain and create digital media reporting across various platformsStay up to date on industry data analytical trends and technologies.Keep abreast of current and new advertising technologies, platforms and developmentsContinually evaluate the digital marketing landscape to identify new opportunities to drive growth of the clients businessCommunicate concise data points, trends and measurement strategies to a broad audience - from senior-level clients to traditional brand managers Requirements: 4 years of experience in paid media\/marketing analytics, statistics and data analysis of direct response campaigns in either an agency or corporate settingPossess a BA\/BS in either Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Mathematics, Data and Analytics, or related disciplineShow the ability to articulate clearly and effectively both in writing and in personStrong proficiency in Excel (vlookups, pivot tables, graphs, formulas, etc)Highly experienced with data visualization platforms such as Tableau, Spotfire, Domo, Microsoft BI etcDemonstrated expertise with Google Analytics and other web analytics platformsThe skills necessary to analyze how traditional, digital, social media and content relate to each other and the business outcomes they can affectExperience in multichannel-attributing analysisBe passionate and have a thirst for knowledge of marketing in general
