Position Overview
Manages all aspects of creative and technical production for print, digital and environmental deliverables from client discovery to completion. Develops and manages timelines to ensure deliverables and projects remains on track and takes the appropriate action when off track. Prioritize tasks and deliverables for each project for the team and issue status reports. Utilizes cloud-based, online project management software (i.e. ProofHQ) to facilitate job routing. Prepares, annotates, uploads, and manages developed content for Medical-Legal-Regulatory approval via online platform (i.e. Veeva). Fosters a positive, collaborative work environment.
Team Coordination
– Manage coordination between creative teams, agency departments, and bi-coastal locations. Effectively communicate with these teams to set priorities, ensure that project milestones and budget expectations are met, and determine team member expectations across departments. May also communicate directly with executives to provide progress updates.
Client Communication
- From initial meetings to determine the scope of a project and a client’s needs and expectations, to receiving client feedback on deliverables. May involve developing and presenting client contracts, receiving feedback throughout the project, and providing updates. Communicate with clients and internal teams as the scope of the project shifts.
Budget Oversight
- Work closely with Account Services to determine budget needs and expected timelines to provide clients with a realistic expectation of the costs associated with a campaign. Manage rate of spend during project progress to ensure completion is on-schedule and on-budget. Seek ways to reduce costs while delivering a high level of client satisfaction and retention.
Time & Personnel Management
- Oversee schedules and staff members, developing an initial project plan and timeline to ensure that team members understand the expectations. Identify areas where team members are needed to ensure that project milestones and deliverables are completed according to the schedule.
Experience:
Minimum 4 years marketing-related experience in healthcare agency or manufacturer
Superior client services experience with a minimum of 4 years agency project management experience
Experience in healthcare related marketing preferred
Education:
Bachelor’s degree (preferably in marketing, advertising, communications or relevant field )required
