The Marketing Production Assistant is a detail-oriented, highly-organized individual tasked with ensuring that all projects are trafficked through the organization from conception to completion. This individual will assist the Graphic Design Manager in the development of routine graphic design projects, as well as print production. Additional marketing task will be assigned, as needed.
Duties and Responsibilities
Responsible for facilitating workflow and communication to ensure that deadlines are efficiently and consistently met from inception to implementation or dissemination of a project.
Communicate with clients to maintain customer satisfaction and report on the status of projects to both internal and external stakeholders.
Proof and edit all projects before delivery to the client.
Produce graphic design of marketing materials under the direction of Graphic Design lead.
Coordinate print production with local and remote print houses.
Bachelors Degree in marketing or advertising, preferable.
Training in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat, etc.), preferable.
Skills and Abilities:
Minimum of one years experience in a marketing or advertising role or other role requiring coordination of projects.
Must be highly organized and be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously, while managing overlapping deadlines.
Must be self-led, but able to take direction.
Ability to work in a team atmosphere and possess a can-do attitude.
Strong attention to detail.
Effective communication skills.
