Create concepts and write copy for talent attraction projects across our global business units
Translate talent attraction strategy into compelling narratives and impactful messaging
Collaborate with talent and comms teams
Present to business partners, incorporating feedback
Participate in the production of deliverables

2 years copywriting experience at an advertising agency or in-house advertising/marketing group
Solid presentation skills
Ability to approach work strategically
Experience writing for talent attraction
A collection of shiny objects from award shows
A keen eye for detail and appreciation of great design
