We\u2019re searching for aDirector, Paid Media Planning & Buyingto help develop paid digitalmedia planning and buying executions across social media, paid search,publisher, and other distribution channels to amplify and syndicate contentmarketing and other initiatives to help clients reach and surpass theirbusiness goals. This individual will work closely with the Paid Planning &Buying, Analytics, Creative, Digital teams across the Weber Shandwick Westnetwork on integrated campaigns and programs. What you\u2019ll do: Lead planning,management, and measurement of cross-channel paid digital media campaigns Define measurement plansand key performance indicators. Monitor, track and optimize campaignperformance to ensure delivery is met within budget and goals are surpassed Work in collaborationwith cross-functional teams including Analytics, Creative, and Account teams todevelop paid media amplification and content distribution strategies tocomplement organic and earned content placement Build and developrelationships with media representatives and partners and negotiate best priceand placement opportunities for clients Develop and presentRFPs, media plans, strategic decks, internal process enhancements and industrylandscape POVs Participate in clientmeetings, creative brainstorms, new business and integrated media teamdevelopment Qualifications Basic qualifications: 7-10 years of relevantdigital media planning and buying experience Comfortable working withboth self-serve paid platforms and managed service vendors High proficiency withFacebook Ads Manager (ideally Power Editor), Twitter Ads, Google Adwords(Display, Video, and Search), LinkedIn ads, and other Native ad platforms suchas Outbrain and Taboola Proficiency with GoogleAnalytics and demonstrated comfort with data analysis (e.g. pivot tables andspreadsheet formulas) Experience with paiddigital media planning across social, display, video, native and search Experience developingcampaign recap reports and ongoing reporting dashboards detailing performanceanalysis, key test results, and actionable recommendations Proficiency withFacebook Power Editor, Twitter Ads Editor, and Adwords Editor (or other similarbulk spreadsheet campaign build workflows) Proficiency with GoogleData Studio or Tableau, Adoble Omniture\/Analytics, YouTube Analytics, and\/orother analytics and data visualization tools Proficiency withDoubleclick or similar attribution and verification tools About Weber Shandwick Weber Shandwick is aleading global communications and engagement firm in 80 cities across 34countries, with a network extending to 128 cities in 81 countries.
