With this in mind, ICON Health & Fitness located in Logan, Utah, is seeking a results-driven, enthusiastic, friendly, energetic, self-driven, professional Latin America Jr. Sales Manager. This position will report to the Director of Latin America, and will be responsible for developing and exceeding aggressive sales and profitability goals.


Presenting and selling company products.

Maintaining current customer relationships.

Preparing action plans to identify targets.

Identifying sales prospects.

Preparing presentations and sales contracts.

Providing excellent customer service.

Communicating new services and products to existing customers.

Coordinating with sales and operations team, and implementing sales activities.

Be a direct contact for Walmart Mexico for the Accessories business. Develop relationships through constant communication and quick responses. By working with planners, replenishment teams and various ICON people to get product orders on time and for correct amounts to maintain good stock and not have excessive inventory. Learn Retail Link system, and make it a first priority to any answer questions or make adjustments that are requested that will not cost ICON additional money, and can improve sales for Walmart/ICON.

Build relationships with the Mexico office, challenging them, and helping train them to be more efficient in their communication with customers and with other ICON departments. Help them catch the “vision” of sales and of the ICON thinking. Create a bridge between two cultures and our two offices.

Establish sales objectives by helping create a sales business plan for customers in support of corporate objectives. Achieve revenue and profitability goals. Ensure sales strategies and plans are continuously aligned with the strategic goals of the company.

Maintain sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors. Project and forecast sales by customer by product mix to maintain net margin goals.

Assist in the development of the annual business plan, specifically advising on: realistic forecasts for each product and warehouse (based on historical data, market trends, competitive activity,

promotional strategy and sales effort). Evaluate market trends and gather competitive information.

Create, execute, and manage an advertising budget for each customer. Develop promotional programs to increase sales and revenue. Plan and coordinate sales activities for assigned projects. Knowledge of advertising and promotion techniques.

Performs other duties as assigned. Future accounts to be determined based on workload ability after training period and gauging growth within Walmart Mexico.


Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from four year college or university or one two years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.


Must speak fluent Spanish. Must be able to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures or governmental regulations in English and Spanish. Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals in both languages. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public in English and Spanish.
