Q2\u00a0is seeking a\u00a0 Marketing Campaign Manager\u00a0 to\u00a0work closely with the broader Marketing Programs team, events team, and Q2 Open team to ensure integrated demand gen programs are impactful and speak to customer problems Q2 can help solve. In addition, this roll will work directly with cross-functional teams throughout Q2 to develop the concepts and requirements of various marketing campaigns. If you are a demand generation professional, with proven track record of building integrated, impactful marketing campaigns that generate quantifiable results, then this is the position for you! RESPONSIBILITIES: Define, plan, organize and execute marketing demand gen programs, in association with sales, to drive sales-ready leads and pipeline for the Q2 sales team Work with Q2 Open sales teams to ensure program success through tight lead management, achieving lead goals, pipeline targets, and tracked influence on closed-won deals Provide best practices to sales teams, including tools, scripts and other resources to support effective follow up with specific types of leads Capture insights and feedback from sales partners\/leaders to continuously improve marketing efforts Build a strong working relationship with sales leaders and sales teams, enabling sales success Provide competitive information and insight, building competitor response programs to win in market Track and understand Q2 Open sales performance and provide leadership in best methods to achieve sales targets, quarterly and annually Stay up-to-date on current industry trends in marketing, banking and fintech Gather and report competitive intelligence to sales teams Responsible for ensuring that all security, availability, confidentiality and privacy policies and controls are adhered to EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE: Bachelor\u2019s degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Advertising or related field\u00a0 5 years\u2019 full-time experience in B2B demand generation, fintech, or banking Must have ability to quickly build a strong understanding of Q2 Open products, the Q2 sales process, and the process buyers go through in selecting and buying software. Excellence in metrics and measurement of demand gen campaign success is key. Demonstrate exceptional communication\/presentation skills, both written and verbal.\u00a0 Understand Q2\u2019s target customers, their pains, and how Q2 is uniquely suited to help them Understand competitors and their offerings, and ability to position Q2 Open to win against them Strong project and time management skills required to efficiently move between work places and multiple, concurrent projects Communications and interpersonal skills \u2013 ability to build strong working relationships with sales teams and leaders Prone to action, results focused, KPI focused Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment\u00a0
