MRM//McCann Media is looking to add talent to our quickly growing media team. The selected candidate will be dedicated to a fantastic client; for whom we push the limits of data, tech and creativity in B2B marketing.

MRM//McCann Media offers an exciting opportunity to learn about marketing across sectors, geographies (global clients) and types of programs (awareness, engagement, conversion-driving), while increasing depth of experience in key focus areas.
This new team member's focus will be B2B planning, buying and management. Key responsibilities will include:
Support the Media Director in pushing the boundaries of account-based marketing, increasing precision, transparency and control; moving accounts toward profitable relationships with our client
Foster strong relationships with buying and implementation partners (programmatic, out-of-home, search, social); providing direction on segmentation, targeting/placement, flighting and trafficking
Manage account segmentation rules, shift accounts across segments as appropriate and provide direction on spending, weighting, flighting and usage to all buying partners
Develop classification, placement naming convention and trafficking strategy
Review performance reports, extract insights and recommend optimizations
Mentor an assistant media planner who will manage complex flowcharts and will assist with trafficking, QA, reporting, billing and other tasks
Keep finger on the pulse of B2B-related marketing trends, tactics and emerging opportunities
Read industry trades and share relevant content with others
Continuously and proactively provide suggestions as to how we might accelerate the client's growth; ranging from tried & true (elsewhere) to unexpected & promising
1 year media experience or internship

Knowledge of B2B, technology or pharma marketing (valued but not required)
