Duties and Key Responsibilities:

Organization of industry events and speaking engagements

Setting up and managing AGS presence at events

Creative development and copy writing of presentation materials

Input into the strategic sourcing of potential clients and employees

Works with global marketing team members to coordinate promotion of events

Meets with appropriate AGS sales or marketing representative to discuss conference exposure needs and participates as a member of the sales and marketing team

Reviews content in the assigned marketing project, previous marketing materials used in the assignment area, and helps gather materials of competitive companies in the field

Helps write draft sales and conference presentations for senior management and reviews proposed presentation with the executive. Arranges for necessary speaking aids/talking points

Helps develop and coordinate multimedia packages— Webinars, online brochures, video etc.

Staff company booth or exhibit at conferences

The referral person for questions on department communications materials

Skills and Qualifications:

At least five years of solid event and conference planning and representative attendance, preferably within a service industry

This person should have a degree or experience in English, Marketing, Advertising, or Communications.

Should possess excellent Grammar and English skills, be creative, and use self-initiative.

Should be an expert, or aggressively learn the advanced guidelines for social media strategies.

At least four to five years of solid writing and editing experience, preferably within a service industry

Superior presentation and analytical skills, plus demonstrated skills to handle a variety of assignments simultaneously

The ability to work on multiple projects at one time

Ability to work under deadline pressure and extra hours if needed on assignments.
