For more information, visit ****Based out of our Santa Monica office, we are looking for a SEM Account Analyst (Contract) with the following Skills:
2 years experience in online media, advertising, or direct marketing.
Experience in working for a company in which keyword and content delivery was key.
3 years managing SEM campaigns, with a solid understanding of keyword and ad copy creation.
Expert knowledge of online advertising technologies and terminology.
Knowledge of SQL, SQL clients, XML and web technologies is desirable, but not required.
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a highly matrixed environment.
Experience in consumer search and keyword management, taxonomy, and its interactions and dependencies throughout the various systems is a plus.
Experience working with ticketing systems (JIRA, RT, Bugzilla, etc.).
Knowledge of Agile process and methodology preferred, but not required.
Excellent understanding of contemporary consumer language and search patterns.
Strong attention to detail, excellent communication and problem solving skills required.
Fluency in standard software tools such as MS-Office. Intermediate to advanced Excel skills required.
A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
What you will be working on:
Oversees investigation of keyword and ad copy issues to their resolution.
Monitors and analyzes program campaign and advertiser performance to identify areas of opportunity for optimization.
Researches and analyzes related online sites to maximize Dex advertiser’s placement and value.
Participates in cross-functional teams with multiple stakeholders to define and achieve campaign optimization and quality goals.
Optimize keywords, creative and other necessary elements associated with successful SEM campaigns to maximize search engine performance.
Leverage technology and process innovation for continuous improvement.
Enforcement around SEM campaign management protocols to maintain data integrity.
Collaborate with other groups both external and within the organization to understand and address campaign management needs.
Assist management in the development of product requirements and specifications to improve toolsets and systems.
