The incumbent will have a background in integrated marketing promotions to create strategically sharp, focused concepts and powerful, effective designs and layouts for promotional elements. This individual will be responsible for partnering with art leads, copywriters, and other cross functional teams to drive the creation of on-strategy concepts for large promotional campaigns.nResponsibilitiesnPrimary Responsibilities:n nn Being to contribute conceptually with copy partner, understanding the role strategy plays, and executes ideas across channels.n Develop high quality, on strategy direction and designs for assigned projects.n Prioritize and organize messages into logical hierarchies.n Monitor all assigned production and follow through all phases of production.n Effectively articulate ideas, presenting to internal and external groups.n Develop a strong, working knowledge of clientu2019s business, brand, consumer, and competitive landscape to inform insightful campaign ideas.n Ability to design materials true to the brand identity of product and style guidelines set.n Able to modify style to fit clientu2019s needs and business.n Drive the creative process through briefing and conception to execution and delivery.n Provide quality assurance, accuracy, and accountability throughout process.n Build enthusiasm and engagement within the team for the clientu2019s brand and program.n Serve as a positive role model, supporting and respecting the perspective and ideas of others.n Share and strategically apply the latest industry and design trends, with a strong eye and understanding of digital best practices.nnDesired Skills & ExperiencenSkills and Experience:n nn Bacheloru2019s degree in Art Direction, Marketing, Graphic Design, or other related field.n 3 yearsu2019 experience in marketing/advertising agency.n Experience within an integrated marketing setting or agency.n Experience within QSR, food, and/or retail marketing strongly preferred.n Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and the like.n Stellar portfolio that demonstrates conceptual thinking and the ability to define look and feel for integrated experiences.n Strong understanding of technical and cross-platform implications.n Demonstrated ability to utilize feedback/direction from creative lead to generate multiple design explorations and iterate designs to the satisfaction of lead.n Is comfortable in an extremely collaborative and responsive setting, with the ability to receive feedback and input from others throughout the design process.n Proven attention to detail, time management, and project management within a fast culture.n Understanding of promotional strategies and tactics.n Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate your creative rationale.nnBenefitsnThe Marketing Store, a HAVI company, is a privately held global Agency that innovates, optimizes and drives marketing promotions and retail activation of many of the best known brands in the world.
