THE ROLEThe Digital Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining dealership group online presence across all mediums. Individual must develop and implement reporting, processes and graphics for online assets while working closely with corporate and dealership management. RESPONSIBILITIES:Maintain and develop dealership website content, reviewing daily.Develop dealership social media content and processes, including training dealership personnel in execution.Design and produce graphics as needed to support campaigns and for corporate use.Coordinate with the Marketing Department, ensuring current advertising is posted online.Coordinate with IT and dealership personnel on internet sales processes (lead management, CRM, email).Produce reports on website and lead performance for management.Work with outside venders on e-commerce products, proposals, implementation, and maintenance.Coordinate with management on e-commerce strategy.Assist with database queries and data extraction.Assist with co-op billing and claim submission.Complete all training as directed by supervisor.Follow policies and procedures as set forth in Employee Handbook.Any other duties as assigned.REQUIREMENTS:Bachelor's degree in Advertising/Marketing, Business or Computer Information Systems, or Graphic Design preferred1 - 2 years of related experience preferredAbility to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentExcellent communication skills (oral and written)Excellent organizational skillsProfessional appearanceValid driver’s licenseWE OFFERCompetitive SalaryFull Benefits PackageVacation Pay401KWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer. The business began in 1972 from Harold Martin’s home in the small village of Brinsley, Nottinghamshire with himself and a few men carrying out commercial fencing for local civil engineering contractors and local district councils. In 1976 H W Martin (Fencing Contractors) Limited was incorporated. In 1979 the Company was awarded a five year contract with the National Coal Board for the restoration of fencing and ditches covering Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire, Cumbria and Northumbria. So began an 18 year relationship with the N.C.B. and later British Coal and the Coal Authority which was also to extend to South Wales. Company expansion required the formation of a second company; H W Martin (Plant) Limited in 1980 to service the plant and vehicle demands of the fencing operation and also, in 1986, for a move to larger premises at the former bus garages at Underwood, Nottinghamshire.
