Do you have a passion for digital marketing, advertising, and crafting paid media programs that drive business impact for your company? Are you ready to own digital acquisition for a hot, growing technology brand?
A successful candidate will have solid experience in B2B performance marketing / demand gen with cross-channel, integrated digital marketing, and lead generating responsibilities. You have experience in scaling digital marketing programs while driving efficiency and meeting ROI targets. You have overseen SEM, paid social, display and email hands-on at one point throughout your career and understand all the levers of running and growing digital marketing.
As the lead for our digital media programs, you will be responsible for:
Creating, optimizing, and measuring paid media strategies that deliver measurable results for our business. You will have end-to-end accountability for the design, execution, and measurement of all paid media and social promotion programs ensuring results meet or exceed volume, CPL, and ROI goals.
Leverage content marketing, thought leadership, and promotional messaging to drive engagement and leads through paid and social channels.
Working with your peers and external agencies to design and optimize messaging, advertising creative, and landing pages.
Manage paid advertising budgets and pacing across multiple publishers and channels.
Day-to-day management of Mesosphere’s social promotion channels, including Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube.
5-8 years of experience in media planning & buying, measurement, and optimization with at least 4 years in B2B where you owned lead generating responsibilities.
Hands-on management of annual spends of up to $1-2 million
Deep understanding of all paid media channels, including social media, display, search, and remarketing.
Strong understanding of performance management and reporting with deep analytical skills.
Proven ability to collaborate effectively across the marketing and design organizations.
