Develops deep knowledge within a complex product groupInvestigates and prioritizes advertising issues, escalating to a
specialist when appropriate for further troubleshooting or de-buggingOwns tasks end to end until they are assigned to a specialistDiscerns product confusion from bugs, identifies solutions and advises
the sales team advertisers to accomplish the advertisers’ desired outcomeEffectively and concisely communicates technical resolution, workarounds
or product confusion to the sales teamPartners with product support group specialists to identify solutions to
advertising bugs and product confusionFacilitates a high end customer experience related to support for
advertising bugsMentors team members and own product support areasPossesses ability to support a rotating on call support schedule as well
as working in the client office Monday through Friday','!*!Basic Qualifications
Minimum of 1 year of
experience with product technical support
and/or Bachelor’s degree within math, statistics, computer science, information
systems, or similar facetOnline advertising
Facebook productsCustomer serviceTechnical background
with proficiency in SQL

Ability to rapidly assess,
analyze and resolve/troubleshoot issues as well as distill into clear and

employment in the US must have work authorization that does not now or in the
