Job Title: Director, Global Marketing Oncology Position Overview/Key Responsibilities: Lead the global commercialization and life cycle optimization efforts for the oncology brand(s).Competencies and expectations associated with this role include but are not limited to the following:Ongoing refinement of the brand strategy to optimize market and business opportunities for the brandContinuous assessment and validation of brand positioning and message evolutionUtilization of market research and analytical support to identify trends to support or counter brand performance opportunitiesPartnership with Global Market Access, Pricing & Reimbursement to align the brand strategy to support novel and sustainable global market access goals Serve as the primary interface to ensure the global performance and successful life cycle management of the brand. Implement a strong alliance with Global Medical Affairs for appropriate communications strategy and KOL development. Lead global brand plan development; support long range planning process, and all associated financial forecasting requirements. Support the development and management of the brand marketing budget ensuring the strategic allocation of funds and monthly tracking to meet agreed spending targets. Manage advertising agency partners and other vendors to ensure efficient, effective execution of brand objectives. Ensure all marketing processes, material sand tactics are developed and implemented in accordance with Sanofi Genzyme corporate compliance guidelines. Maintain a patient-centric philosophy throughout all stages of lifecycle.u00a0 Support alignment of and develop an environment of collaboration across Oncology Research and Clinical Development and other key matrix stakeholders. Willingness and ability to travel nationally and internationally. Qualifications Experience Qualifications: Bachelor Degree and 8 years of sales, product/brand management, and/or strategic marketing, commercial / business development with product launch experience in pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical industry. A comprehensive understanding of the dynamics driving the global health care environment. Ability to quickly understand and communicate all clinical data / publications to support business objectives. Product experience in and a deep understanding of the oncology market. Understanding of market research, creative development and experience with regulatory review/approval process. Ability to interact widely and effectively within the company (i.e., on an interdepartmental, international and interdisciplinary basis). An understanding and appreciation of different cultures.
