These individuals must share our passion for investigations and display an unwavering commitment to excellence. They must also possess a professional demeanor characterized by integrity, good character, and mutual respect. RESPONSIBILITIES: Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients. Identify sales prospects and contact these and other potential accounts. A minimum of 30 telephone and email contacts per day should be made on days when in the office. Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made. Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity. Goal is 10 appointments per week. Update CRM (Salesforce) on a daily basis detailing sales activity, events, meetings, and adherence to goals. Prepare presentations, proposals and sales contracts. Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge. Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships. Occasionally identify and resolve client concerns. Communicate new product and service opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback gathered through field activity to appropriate company staff. Coordinate company staff to accomplish the work required to close sales. Other duties as assigned. Participate in marketing events such as seminars, trade shows, and association meetings. Follow-up for collection of payment on selected accounts. QUALIFICATIONS (must meet all below criteria): Express strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to persuade and influence others. Ability to develop and deliver presentations. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Knowledge of advertising and sales promotion techniques. Visibility requires maintaining a professional appearance and providing a positive company image to the public. Work requires significant local travel to current and potential clients. This requires the possession of a valid state drivers license. Work requires willingness to work a flexible schedule and occasional overnight travel. Demonstrate superb attention to detail Enjoy the ability to be a creative and rapid thinker Maintain excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Sales experience in the insurance industry COMPENSATION: The rate for this position will vary and will be commensurate with experience and education.
