\u003cp\u003eThe ideal candidate will have a history of developing targeted strategies for holistic marketing programs, building brand relevance, executing on data analysis insights to refine programs and iterating to learn and optimize marketing campaigns to generate leads and drive loyalty and engagement. \u003cli\u003eDevelop and execute marketing campaigns to engage prospects and convert them to qualified leads.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eCollaborate with other members of the marketing team and 3\u003csup\u003erd\u003c/sup\u003e party marketing partners to develop and execute creative strategy and develop compelling content that engages our target audience\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eCommunicate the value proposition of MedHub from the inside out, starting with your colleagues in Sales and Service, all the way to the various personas within our target audience.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eCraft and lead optimization and engagement strategies to better nurture our customers and prospects toward actions we want them to take.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eCollaborate with leadership and across the business to accurately forecast and craft the right strategies, campaigns, and tests to grow our leads and generate loyalty for MedHub.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eDevelop marketing roadmaps and planning in partnership with VP, sales leaders and marketing managers connecting all our marketing efforts including development, tracking and reporting for lead generation to implement a holistic approach across our marketing and awareness efforts.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eCreate and find new approaches to lead nurturing that help improve customer experience and conversion rates.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eWork alongside and lead cross-functional marketing peers and direct reports to draw insights and report out to ensure appropriate adjustments are made to improve our marketing mix with a learn fast, fail fast mentality and then adjust.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eLead the performance metrics reporting associated with various marketing channels and campaigns, insights gained and adjustments to be made.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eEvaluate new technologies and add-on applications to improve and optimize marketing team performance across all functions of the marketing team.\u003c/li\u003e

\u003cp\u003eRequirements:\u003c/p\u003e

\u003cli\u003eBA/BS marketing, advertising, business or communications degree preferred.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003e7 years of marketing, sales enablement, lead generation or related professional experience, preferably in a B2B category.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eUnderstanding of marketing automation, lead generation, CRM and emerging marketing technologies.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eStrong verbal, written, and presentation skills with the ability to work cross-functionally across sales, marketing, service and product management organizations.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eAbility to work in a fast-paced environment managing multiple projects, multiple channels and market segments simultaneously in a cross-functional team.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eSignificant success powering targeted marketing campaigns that generated qualified leads.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eExperience managing people in a matrix organization preferred.\u003c/li\u003e
