Working under the supervision of the Head of Ads Business Strategy, you will help to define and manage the short and long term vision, strategy, and goals for advertising at King and Activision Blizzard. This will involve working closely with the Product and Sales teams and creating frameworks and tracking to evaluate the business on a regular basis. Core responsibilities will include:* Support in preparing key presentations to King and Activision Blizzard C-level leadership* As a team, leading the long-term strategic planning effort for the advertising business in conjunction with our partners across King and Activision Blizzard* Partnering with the Sales Finance and Pricing teams to create standardized weekly/monthly analytics and reports and support evidence-based day-to-day decision making* Independently lead on ad-hoc projects across the advertising business in support of our strategic ambitions, including partnering with colleagues in the wider Activision Blizzard business* Work closely with the Data and Analytics team to transform complex quantitative analytics into operational recommendations* Experience in a top tier consulting firm demonstrating 1 or 2 promotion cycles or background in investment banking within M&A / corporate finance, or equivalent - as a guide, in consulting this would typically translate to a ‘Senior Associate' / ‘Consultant' grade* Capacity for highly structured problem-solving and rigorous quantitative and qualitative analysis * Strong interpersonal skills at all levels and proven ability to influence a broad organization * Superior PowerPoint communication and Excel financial modeling skills * Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across different functions and business units* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with demonstrated ability to prepare clear and concise stakeholder-ready documents* Strong alignment to the King values and our ‘Seriously Playful' way of workingMaking games is fun.
