The GSMA produces industry-leading events such as Mobile World Congress, Mobile World Congress Shanghai, Mobile World Congress Americas and the Mobile 360 Series conferences. rough event awareness activities, attendee and exhibitor acquisition, extended marketing value, development of products\/programs and attendee and exhibitor experiences Specifically, the team focuses on the following: Co-Marketing Partnerships: Media & Association partnerships that extend our marketing reach Strategic Partnerships: Innovative and dynamic partnerships to support event & attendee experience Program Management: PM & SME for Partner Events for Best-in-Class partner experience Sales Enablement: Enabling the sales process and adding value to products\/packages Tours & Experiences: Enhancing the ROI of the event for attendees and exhibitors What the hiring manager says \u201cWe\u2019re looking for an energetic self-starter to join the Partner Program team for Mobile World Congress Americas. This position requires focus, attention to detail and coordination with partners to achieve marketing success. The ideal candidate must be a collaborative team player who is able to develop effective internal and external cross-functional relationships. The candidate must have the ability to bring new ideas, concepts and experience to the team. The position requires the candidate to be computer literate, with strong, Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe Suite skills. Experience in proper business communications and barter negation compulsory. Self-motivated, enthusiastic, team player, multi-tasker that likes working with multiple groups.\u201d Hillery Champagne, Senior Partnership Marketing Manager About the Role You will be responsible for supporting and promoting Mobile World Congress Americas from a partnership perspective. This includes building and sustaining strong relationships with partners of all levels. You will lead all aspects of partner management including research, outreach, negotiation, contract finalization and execution. This includes maintaining internal tracking documents and working with Salesforce and EchoSign. You will lead the fulfilment and implementation of partnership activities through GSMA channels and departments including Operations, Marketing, IT, PR, Legal and Registration. Additionally, you will manage the tactical execution of marketing campaign elements through internal and external channels with support of departmental and agency resources. You will manage the logistical elements of the partnership program including signage proofing, shipping, onsite activities, freight etc.\u00a0 You will track all aspects of the partnerships and prepare follow up material\/presentations for both partners and internal audiences.\u00a0 About You You have a BA\/BS (Marketing, Public Relations, Advertising or related field), media, marketing, and\/or event experience with Business-to-Business marketing campaign management. You have a knowledge and understanding of events, partnership and sponsorship marketing with solid organization skills and the ability to manage multiple projects at once. You manage time and meet deadlines effectively and promptly. You have a can-do attitude, eye for detail and a sense of urgency. You have a collaborative style with experience in developing and maintaining relationships both internally and externally. You have outstanding verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, ability to deal effectively with multiple departments within a global organization and to work cross-functionally. You are fluent in Microsoft products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), have experience with Adobe Suite (particularly Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator); experience with SalesForce Marketing Cloud and Echosign is a strong plus.
