The Sales Assistant, Advertising Ops Assistant works collaboratively with our advertising sales team, called Outreach Media Group (OMG) in order to help optimize our customer's sales and lead generation goals--helping them and Outreach succeed. MISSION: The core mission of the Outreach Media Group Sales Assistant is to maximize sales revenue through effective sales support and partnering with the Media Consultants. This includes the full cycle of sales including: o Pre-sales support, prospecting and lead management and proposal development o Execution of insertion orders o Customer support\/reports o Eyes on opportunities to grow customer business o Repeat sales customer support. OUTCOMES: Timely, accurate execution and fulfillment of insertion orders ensuring no loss of revenue or future revenue potential due to administrative errors. Ownership and partnering with Media Consultants to present a shared voice and seamless service to our advertisers resulting in an increase in revenue.Expansion of selling time for Media Consultants (advertising\/media sales reps) by handling the details and eliminating distractions. Timely, accurate communications of ad specs and due dates to advertisers, followed by reminders and material review upon submission. Timely delivery of advertising materials to web props and magazine teams. Timely campaign\/creative set-up in DFP Adserver. Oversight and monitoring of all campaign activity to ensure on-time, error-free delivery. Accurate, timely delivery of campaign results reports to advertisers. Accurate line-item accounting and adjustment in AdBook for correct invoicing. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Education: High School Experience: 3 to 5 years experience in a sales support, ad ops administrative role.
