Who we are looking for:

Wunderman Thompson\MSC is looking for a Project Manager who will be responsible for the overall coordination, execution, and control of large-scale and high importance production projects. This person will be responsible for client satisfaction, quality of work and project profitability. In this role, you will ensure that the project deliverables map to the business objectives. Ideally, you will have at least three years of experience in advertising or marketing communications (including consumer brand experience) and hands-on experience managing websites, video and print. This position requires work in an agile framework with multiple teams co-located, the ability to maintain the broad vision required for executing a project, including strategic thinking & leadership from beginning to end, and the talent for overseeing all the small details that add up to fulfilling our commitment to client satisfaction.

The Project Manager will primarily sit on-site with the client in Titusville, NJ and/or Horsham, PA.

  What you’ll do:

Partner |

Work with project leads to ensure project is successfully within budget, timeline, and scope. 

Workflow |

Manage project profitability; plan, track and approve project expenses, billing and invoices. Oversee the creation of goals and strategy throughout project.

Communicate |

Manage expectations to client, team members and manage the process from assessment and definition, creative & technical design, production and development, testing and launch.

Develop |

Create and oversee project schedules; ensure timely completion through all phases; take lead on quality control issues; write and present project plans/risks in collaboration with other team members and develop required documentation for all projects.

What you’ll need:

4 years of project and delivery management experience in advertising or marketing communications; minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience managing digital projects and other 360 campaigns (digital, print, video etc.).

PMP certification is nice to have and successful implementation of Agile a plus.

Experience of working in (preferably large) agencies on large global accounts.

Self-driven with proven experience working with multi-disciplinary teams (CX, UX, Tech, Creative, PM/AM) across remote offices. Good understanding of emerging web standards, user-centered design, optimization and search practices.

Proven track record in a client-service environment including presenting work and the ability to link people (including team members and stakeholders), ideas, and information throughout a project life.

High EQ and the ability to read what a team needs to help motivate them.

Proficiency in MS Office products.

Availability to travel within the US and to other Wunderman Thompson offices.
