This position will contribute to strategic planning for Credit One Bank's marketing efforts through analysis of advertising and sales data. Working closely with the Assistant Vice President of Brand Strategy, this position will assist in the development of meaningful advertising insights that provide actionable steps to grow the brand. Candidate must be well-versed in both offline and online advertising mediums, with the ability to analyze success with attribution models. A strong research background and the ability to understand consumer insights are integral to this position's success.
Summary of Essential Job Functions
Application of proven analytical skills for measuring the impact of advertising spend within a wide range of marketing solutions including TV, radio, print, direct mail, email, paid social, paid search, and display advertising, along with the ability to define value of emerging marketing mediums including experiential and social.
Develop an in-depth knowledge of Credit One Bank's sales and marketing efforts, along with competitive brand strategy, to proactively identify primary and secondary research and analytics opportunities.
Leverage qualitative and quantitative data to gain insight into trending behaviors and sentiments to develop or enhance advertising strategies.
Provide strong points of view to drive strategic and tactical recommendations for brand's marketing mix through identification and execution of actionable research insights.
Lead development of key performance indicators and metrics of importance, guiding appropriate reporting format.
Define and develop best practices for cross-discipline analytics.
Forward thinking and opportunistic, Candidate must be a big picture and long-term thinker.
Utilize strong, articulate and thoughtful written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage up and across the organization relevant and actionable information.
Be a collaborative go-to partner within an energetic and hard-working team of multi-disciplinary marketing and advertising leaders.
Establish the Brand Strategy team as a company-wide resource for championing innovative and thoughtful work that moves the needle.

Education and Experience
5-7 years of consulting or client-side experience in marketing and advertising analysis, preference for credit card or banking experience.
Bachelor's degree, in business, advertising or research-related field; MBA preferred
Strong analytical, quantitative and data interpretation skills with the capability to transform data into actionable insights.
Ability to provide insightful feedback regarding advertising creative in relation to strategic goals and objectives.
Familiarity with advertising attribution.
Able to manage and prioritize multiple projects and responsibilities.
Must be a team player, with a leadership mentality that inspires great work across disciplines, and inherently, consumers
Manager must understand consumer behavior, trends and channels.
Excellent presentation, communication, writing, organization and client management skills
