Job Summary

Responsible for supporting the operational management of advertising campaigns. Oversees that the automation and jobs are completed accurately for national/enterprise, multi-market, internal marketing and affiliate orders/revisions. Fulfills tasks that the software is not able to complete, including but not limited to: processing of complex and/or custom advertising campaigns, troubleshooting order automation output, and necessary auditing of orders. Has daily deadlines that need to be met, and is metrics driven to ensure efficiency and accountability. Is a subject-matter expert, a resource for specialists, a back-up to leadership, provides floor support, and are ambassadors for Advertising Operations across all departments. Has developed specialized knowledge/skills in own area. May act as a resource for colleagues with less experience.

Job Description

Core ResponsibilitiesDemonstrate self-reliance of trafficking high-volume, complex display and video advertising campaigns at a consistently high-accuracy rate for high-grossing lines of business.Support and operational management of client order/revision processing into scheduling platforms.Perform necessary auditing of orders/revisions to ensure accuracy of discounts, fees, and data governance coding details.Monitor automation and workload needs based on daily timeline and service level agreements.Build strong understanding of order/revision workflow.Gain ability to decipher, promote and troubleshoot orders/revisions that have been flagged by robotic process automation (RPA) system.Build and maintain understanding of workflow within all necessary platforms.Has an analytical approach to solving major issues, such as correcting data entry errors by escalating to the appropriate parties after completing all background research.Provide expertise, field questions, advise, and regularly communicate with partner departments to resolve issues and deliver superior customer experience, including but not limited to: missing or unclear order settings/data.Collaborate with team and leaders to create enhancements in automation and workflow efficiencies.Utilize past experience to recognize issues and anticipate challenges that may arise in order to draw sound judgments and conclusions.Handle exception clients with late arriving content and procedures (High Value Programming, Sweeps, etc.).Responsible for knowledge gain and onboarding of new products including audience targeting, tags, etc.Responsible for various reporting and compliance.With support of leadership, offer direction and provide on the floor support for peers, answering questions and offering best practices.Energetically participate with the team and offers guidance in the absence of leadership.Capable of successfully facilitating a team meeting with or without supervisory support.Effectively collaborate and communicate with all partner departments (Liaison).Helps resolve complex issues.Works with traffic supervisor on competencies.Work on special projects as assigned.Manage and monitor deadlines and service level agreements (SLAs).Meet or exceed all established workload and accuracy goals.Regular, consistent and punctual attendance.
