Amazon Media Group is looking for a Senior Program Manager for our Global Release Management Team to help drive standardization and scale of the release management program for the Customer Success Team (CST) globally. This team's mission is to facilitate innovation at scale for advertisers with the goal of making it easy to do business with AMG while ensuring that product innovation can proceed at the pace needed to meet and exceed advertiser expectations. The release management program and team are responsible for ensuring that, as Amazon Advertising brings product innovation to market, the teams responsible for campaign operations and customer success can easily champion and incorporate those products into new campaigns. Longer term, as the industry increasingly evolves toward self-service and automation, this team will play a critical role in ensuring that product innovation can thrive in a self-service world. The selected candidate will work in a fast paced environment to manage, plan, schedule, and control product and tool deployments. They will closely monitor these releases throughout their lifecycle for capacity planning, mitigation planning, and organizational impacts. This candidate will work closely with our partners (Product, Marketing, Customer Success Team, and Tool Owners) in creating and implementing comprehensive release management solutions and developing integrated product roadmaps. This is a multi-faceted role requiring a breadth of skills and expertise: * Help set the vision for Release Management within AMG by partnering closely with global stakeholders, Product, and Release Managers * Engage with global stakeholders to understand priorities and gather input on initiatives * Identify scaled opportunities to help partners implement readiness solutions that will expedite market launches and improve performance * Track overall program health and success by evaluating performance and deriving insights via structured analyses in order to influence strategic decisions Basic QualificationsBasic Qualifications: * Strong program management and analytical skills, be comfortable dealing with ambiguity, and have the ability to effectively influence and communicate with global stakeholders * Experience in strategy, change management, release management and rolling-out large scale initiatives. Experience executing strategic and operational initiatives * Experience implementing projects in a demanding, change-oriented, fast-paced environment requiring a high degree of deadline-driven productivity * Proven ability to work with team members to design processes and implement strategic projects that solve business problems.
