• Develop marketing strategy and plan that includes programs, calendars and timelines to support brand and business goals \r
• Create and oversee marketing budgets, working closely with finance to monitor, forecast and adjust spend throughout the year as needed \r
• Liaise with digital marketing director and digital agency to monitor and implement effective SEM, SEO and digital campaigns that drive traffic and increase revenue \r
• Implement effective outbound email marketing \r
• Maintain website content and assets for scheduled cruises and special events \r
• Collaborate with tech team to ensure check-out systems and eCommerce systems are up-to-date and performing flawlessly \r
• Monitor and analyze competitive and partner landscape to identify and exploit threats and opportunities \r
• Ensure all advertising, PR, partnerships and collateral materials align with brand tone and voice \r
• In partnership with the finance team, develop, monitor and maintain annual marketing budgets \r
• Conduct audience and guest surveys and analyze marketing and sales data to determine and adjust marketing effectiveness, develop new programs and create audience segments \r
• Collaborate with social media manager and external agencies to ensure an effective social media strategy, calendar and execution \r
• Actively identify, negotiate and activate partnerships with local, national and global brands to support business goals, drive new customers and increase revenue \r
• Develop programs and products that positively leverage key New York, US and global trends, events and happenings \r
• Support sales teams in executing strategies and developing materials to meet group sales and charters financial targets and objectives \r
• Develop, manage and market special events

Job Requirements
Requirements: \r
• 4 years of marketing experience, tourism, travel, hospitality or lifestyle brands highly preferred \r
• Demonstrated knowledge of advertising, PR, brand marketing, project management and digital marketing experience \r
• Highly organized and adept project manager able to effective balance competing objective \r
• Ability to successfully work cross-functionally with a diverse range of departments \r
• Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office. Experience with Basecamp and website CMSs a plus \r
• Strong communication skills \r
• Experience working in a fast-paced, nimble environment \r
• Results driven, self-starter with great attitude, flexibility, and entrepreneurial spirit with an understanding of what it means to work for a rapidly changing organization with an iconic history \r
