Marketing Manager -Carrier Sales
This position is responsible for marketing efforts for mobile product portfolio within one of our top carrier partners in the US. Focus includes market analysis, go-to-market planning, merchandising, promotions and collaborative advertising. Also includes significant day-to-day interaction with multiple marketing and launch teams at carrier partner in the development of marketing collateral materials, in-store merchandising materials, promotions, and comprehensive advertising materials & plans. Key tasks also include creative agency direction & review of merchandising, advertising, and promotional materials. Must develop and deliver executive level recommendations followed by action plans managed to completion. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: In this position, either directly or through others, the incumbent will:
25% operational (budget management, device order management, term sheets and internal presentation development)
50% Dealer agent marketing campaign development and execution
25% Product launch and lifecycle planning with strong emphasis on emerging device products -Participate in cross functional teams to execute product development plans -Conduct periodic product analysis and optimize plans as needed
Develop, manage and report go-to-market plans to internal stakeholders
Manage various store-level contests, incentives, promotions and training programs
Assist in developing strategy and promotions for National Retail
Manage back-end processes including dealer co-op marketing validation and tracking
Develop local and customer specific marketing promotions and associated digital advertising campaigns Background/Experience Required
Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising or related field.
Minimum 4-6 years of experience in product marketing within either agency or corporate environment. Fast moving consumer goods and/or electronics industry experience preferred.
Experience managing marketing campaigns at regional and national level, including distribution channels and dealer agents. Merchandising strategy and planning experience a plus

Experience in developing and executing marketing programs
Experience in budget management and tracking
Master level in developing marketing and sales presentations, using Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Necessary Skills / Attributes

Read and interpret marketing documents, media materials, and contracts (or related documents) based on corporate legal and marketing standards and philosophy. Demonstrated competency in both oral and written communication modes for internal and external personnel at all levels, especially in the sales and marketing, logistical, or financial areas of clients, prospects, and company. Superior level of collateral development and project management skills, including the ability to prepare written plans and schedules, identify objectives, create promotional materials, coordinate and direct project teams, manage creative developers, select and control printing and production resources, and manage budgets. Work independently and in a team environment in order to achieve personal and team goals and complete assignments within established time frames. Interact with all levels within the organization and has frequent external contacts.
