Works with NOW’s category managers, sales, and marketing teams to drive traffic to and increase sales on nowfoods.com through a variety of promotional and marketing efforts including digital advertising, promotions, email, SEM and PPC efforts. Creates and executes the company’s e-commerce marketing plan in accordance with the company’s overall strategic marketing and digital marketing plans. Leads the organization’s online and mobile shopping strategies.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Create and manage digital advertising budget and calendar in support of the online sales of NOW’s 1,400 product SKUs.
Create and maintain comprehensive SEM campaigns across all digital marketing channels including: Google AdWords, Display Networks, Affiliates, Browser Ads, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, Twitter, etc.
Oversee online shopper email strategy. Create consumer segments and personalized email marketing campaigns, including testing and optimization.
Manage third-party agency and oversee PPC strategy including keyword research, campaign optimization and testing.
Create reporting and analytics framework for email and web campaigns, monitor and share the results. Utilize campaign analytics to make suggestions for campaign improvement.
In coordination with Category Managers, develop online promotions and pricing discounts. Assist in the coordination of online content creation and distribution.
Understands and is the company subject matter expert for online and mobile shopping trends, maintains advanced knowledge of competition, emerging trends, and opportunities. Pioneer and develop new digital advertising opportunities.
Supports B2B e-commerce website and promotions as needed.
Complies with safety and GMP requirements.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND/OR TECHNICAL SKILLS
Bachelor's degree in the field of marketing or advertising and minimum of 5 years of experience in the field of digital marketing or e-commerce.
Must be proficient in Google Analytics, Adwords, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Search, Display Networks, Video, and Mobile marketing.
Proven email marketing and technical experience.
Strong understanding of digital marketing KPIs (CPC, CTR, ROAS etc.). Hands-on experience tracking e-commerce in Google Analytics. Experienced in reporting performance of various digital marketing initiatives.
Proficient in using email and website CMS (Mail Chimp and Drupal Commerce a plus). Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Online merchandising and pricing experience a plus.
Strong understanding of SEO and keyword research. Ability to analyze and forecast trends and identify target audiences.
Strong budgeting and project management skills, with attention to detail and deadlines.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in verbal and/or written form.
