You are someone that is a proactive \u201cdo-er\u201d, values high quality of work, can juggle multiple tasks with ease, and loves to be a team player.\u00a0 Responsibilities : Develop best practices and process improvements.\u00a0 Communicate effectively and proactively with internal and external stakeholders.\u00a0 Evaluate, inform, coach, and motivate employees, and hiring managers.\u00a0 Diplomatically navigate and leverage resources and stakeholders to provide mutually-beneficial solutions to problems, conflicts and\/or employee relations issues. Support internal strategy-building, implementation and follow-up processes.\u00a0 Recruit, evaluate, coach, train and motivate employees and managers.\u00a0 Exhibit exceptional project, time and people management skills.\u00a0 Lead or support specialty function responsibilities and projects, such as interview processes, new hire onboarding and\/or diversity and inclusion initiatives.\u00a0 Serve as strategic partner to employees, managers, hiring managers and\/or candidates to help resolve issues, make informed decisions, navigate workplace dynamics and drive career growth. Develop quality talent pools through creative sourcing techniques including social networking, referral generation, networking direct sourcing, and advanced internet sourcing.\u00a0 Maintain an ongoing network of candidates.\u00a0 Establish both long\/short term recruitment strategies that are cost effective and align with business plans and objectives. Build and maintain great relationships with leadership across the organization to ensure the identification and placement of great talent.\u00a0 Manage requisitions in Applicant Tracking System.\u00a0 Make informed selection recommendations to hiring managers. Basic Qualifications:\u00a0 Bachelor\u2019s degree\u00a0 Minimum of 3 years recruiting experience in advertising, marketing, public relations or related industry.\u00a0 Preferred Qualifications:\u00a0 Previous recruiting experience in a PR, Advertising, Digital agency or media company preferred.\u00a0 You\u2019re a multi-tasking wizard that can work in a fast paced and ever-changing environment.\u00a0 Ability to successfully manage multiple projects and searches.\u00a0 Strong interpersonal skills, including communication (verbal and written), emotional intelligence and cultural intelligence.\u00a0 In addition, the role requires effective interviewing, negotiation, and selling skills.
