**MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. is seeking to fill a full-time position of Finance Operations - Credit Process Lead within the North America Order-To-Cash (OTC) team, based in Austin, TX. This individual will be focused on driving new process & process improvement projects for global Credit operations. We are seeking a problem solver who finds optimized/automated solutions, helping us scale for the future, while proactively mitigating risk. The successful candidate will be key forerunner of **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***.'s global credit process enhancements and will be responsible for partnering with the internal **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. team member to identify gaps in process and drive process & system changes.
RESPONSIBILITIES


Ability to develop/deliver process enhancements and other OTC Credit training materials to internal (Finance and Sales/Sales Ops support teams) and external customers (Agencies or End Advertisers), while partnering with cross-functional teams specific to business process improvements
Partner with regional credit leads, along with outsourced vendor support team, to define scope, objectives, requirements and metrics for success in credit operations process enhancement opportunities, while promoting customer goodwill through relationship building
Partner with regional credit leads, outsourced vendor team, and Business Application teams to define timeline, drive delivery and ensure quality of solutions
Identify gaps in process/handling and drive process/systems changes through effective credit process management
Partner closely with the Global Process Owner for credit & collections to effectively define and roll-out tool or process enhancements to the credit process
Effectively communicate project status, issues and risks across stakeholders worldwide
Develop strong client, stakeholder and vendor relationships
Assist in special projects and other duties as assigned
Stays ahead of process trends and leading practices occurring in the marketplace to inform strategic direction and process enhancement within credit
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS


5 years of Finance Order-To-Cash or financial operations experience, with B2B Credit experience
Experience in analytic, problem-solving and root cause analysis
Proven record in identifying process issues and scoping possible solutions
Experience working in a cross-functional global environment
Project management experience
Experience mapping out processes including Visio
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS


Experience working with an outsourcing partner
Experience with Oracle/SAP/other ERP system
Experience in online advertising
Experience in statistical analysis foundation
