You persistently explore and uncover the business needs of your list of clients and understand how our range of product offerings can grow their business.\u00A0Responsibilities:Rapidly acquire a thorough understanding of Zeta\u2019s offerings, reporting analysis, competitive advantages, resources and processes and articulate them persuasively to prospects and customersManage the flow of insertion orders, creative tags and pixel requestsCoordinate all pre-launch executions, including custom creative build-outs, preparation of research studies, set-up for ad/audience verification requests, etc.Serve as point person for all post-sale campaign requests and communication with client, including creative changes, pacing reports, performance reports, client meetings, campaign recommendations, etc.Monitor third party reporting for pacing, performance and discrepancy purposesWork closely with optimization team to provide continued feedback and analysis for direct response and brand awareness campaigns, inclusive of optimization suggestions and recommendationsShare expertise and advise clients on new campaign ideas to generate continued resultsPrepare post-campaign analysis reports for clientsManage new and existing client campaigns to successfully meet and exceed client performance expectations and maintain strong relationships with advertisers to ensure long-term success\u00A0Desired Skills and Experience:2 years' experience in online advertising within the Account Management or similar function (planning)Passion for digital media and thorough understanding of the online advertising industry from either ad sales or media planning perspectiveFirm understanding of the various ad formats (display, video, mobile, rich media)Strong analytic skills, including high level of comfort with ExcelFamiliarity with ad serving (DFP, DFA, Atlas, Mediamind, etc.) a plusComprehensive experience with MS OfficeHighly detail-orientated with ability to handle and prioritize many projects at the same timeIntelligent, outgoing individual with interpersonal skills and work ethicExcellent business writing, training, communication, organizational and presentation skillsAbility to work independently, while being open to direction and guidance#LI-MC1Company SummaryZeta is a data-driven marketing technology innovator whose SaaS-based marketing cloud helps 500 Fortune 1000 and Middle Market brands acquire, retain and grow customer relationships through actionable data, advanced analytics and machine learning.Founded by David A.
