Requisition Number 18-0024 Title Account Director - Inside Sales Department Mountain Team City Centennial State CO Description POSITION SUMMARY: The Inside Sales Account Director\u2019s primary responsibility is to promote and sell NCM advertising products - OnScreen, Lobby, Online and Mobile - to business clients. The Inside Sales AD prepares and presents marketing materials, such as base presentations, tailored to the clients\u2019 business needs and expectations. The Inside Sales AD selects and prices advertising platforms effectively to meet clients specific budgets, secures advertising space, prepares proposals, enters the client into CRM and ensures that clients receive superior customer service. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Essential duties and responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, the following: \u2022 Meet and exceed monthly sales budgets and goals by promoting and selling NCM\u2019s full line of in-theater and digital advertising platforms. \u2022 Increase revenue by generating new clients, either directly through prospecting and cold calling, or through ad agencies, via a continued telemarketing presence. \u2022 Work with the Research and Marketing groups to create compelling and effective sales presentations. \u2022 Schedule and execute sales presentations with agency planning\/buying groups and clients to close business, selecting and pricing creative solutions to meet each client\u2019s budget, needs and wants. \u2022 Partner with Regional Digital team to develop cross-platform opportunities that meet customer needs; grow revenue by incorporating digital advertising solutions into new and existing accounts. \u2022 Own, manage, and develop relationships with clients, agencies and advertisers through day-to-day interactions; actively grow industry relationships in order to gain marketplace intelligence. \u2022 Ensure clients receive superior customer service, directing accounts from proposal through post-analysis and managing all operational issues relating to the smooth implementation of sold ad schedules. \u2022 Assist clients with all aspects of ad creation, providing and discussing specs and timelines and ensuring that NCM Creative meets client\u2019s expectations. Requirements QUALIFICATIONS: Knowledge\/Skills\/Abilities: \u2022 3 years of sales experience necessary with demonstrated closing ability. \u2022 3 years of media sales experience preferred; digital sales experience a plus. \u2022 Excellent communication and presentation skills. \u2022 Must be results oriented and a self-starter. \u2022 Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook. \u2022 Ability to work efficiently and independently in a fast-paced environment. \u2022 Every team member of NCM is expected to understand and consistently demonstrate our following core values: o Integrity o Collaboration o Accountability o Creativity o Customer-focused o Passion for Movies Experience and Training: Any combination of the following experience and training (designated as required and\/or preferred) that would provide the required knowledge and abilities is qualifying.
