Go-to-Market (GTM) Operations is the global team that makes sure Google's complex and ever-evolving business runs smoothly. Experts in leading process improvements and consistency, team members are analytical and strategic with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done. They develop global initiatives and set high-level goals to improve productivity. Our Global Client and Agency Solutions (GCAS) Sales Team at Google is focused on the development of the largest Google customers including both global clients (accounts) and agencies. This is an exciting group that will drive improved impact and performance in the world’s largest advertisers with a more dedicated focus. The GCAS GTM team is a critical support team to sales and is responsible for ensuring that the organization has the right strategies and execution plans in place to meet our business objectives. This role will provide centralized support across the GCAS Agency business, as well as the Advanced Brand Acceleration Team (ABAT).
As an Agency Analyst on the GCAS / ABAT team, you will be running important business operations across multiple teams of sellers and service providers. It is highly operational in nature; you should be capable of using your operational and execution skills to drive consistently outstanding results for our sales teams. Areas of focus will include business planning and tracking, strategic initiative project management, quarterly priority setting, data management and analysis, process mapping and refinement, etc..

Responsibilities
Partner with GCAS Agency executive team to build, track and execute on annual and quarterly plans.
Project manage and drive select key initiatives as determined by GCAS leadership group
Evolve organization design; identify key areas to optimize and recommend changes, then implement.
Source and organize data / architect analysis to support business decisions as needed
Manage executive presentations and reporting
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications:
BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
4 years of work experience, including 2 years of banking, consulting, or advertising agency experience
Experience with the advertising agency / digital marketing ecosystem
Preferred qualifications:
Strategic consulting, sales support and market research experience
Distinctive problem-solving, strategic and analytical capabilities.
Proficient with spreadsheet and presentation software
Adept at SQL coding - can pull and organize data from disparate systems with ease
Strong knowledge of, and established relationships with Agencies
