Onsite Work Only: Franklin, TN - Flex Schedule Options Available As a Lead Copywriter, you'll help lead our rapidly growing team of Copywriters who bring our brand to life in a variety of formats, like emails, landing pages, and radio scripts. You’ll be responsible for leading the team in the day to day tactical, as well as partnering with the business leaders in strategic initiatives to deliver our message of hope.Product You'll Focus On: EntreLeadership - this department teaches business owners the Ramsey way of building a successful business using EntreLeaderships business coaching, conferences and toolsTeam You'll Grow With: 130 person creative team, including 40 writersWhat Winning Looks Like: Lead projects that include original copy for multiple platforms (e.g. Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, podcast) and multiple formats (e.g. emails, webpages, paid search and paid social ads, newsletters, video scripts)Set the bar on the team for excellent short-form writing and copywriting through your own work and by ensuring your team consistently produces content that educates, empowers and encourages our readers, listeners, and viewersDirectly lead a team of copywriters, help them grow in their roles, and remove roadblocks that prevent them from completing their workReview team members’ work and provide direction and coaching on voice, tone and quality and to ensure that our content helps drive results for our business goals & objectivesCollaborate with the business unit to ensure that our content aligns with the overall strategy and direction of the business’ objectivesSkills Needed to Win:3 years of hands-on writing experience and the ability to produce published (print or online) samplesA working knowledge of content, advertising and marketing writing (short-form writing and copywriting: ads, webpages, emails, etc.)Leadership experience preferred but not required, preferably managing a team of writers for a businessA proven track record of utilizing content strategies to hit key business objectivesIt’s a calling, and we’re on a mission to change lives.
