Promoted Pins can play a big role in helping people get inspired and bring their future plans to life, which is why we want them to be among some of the best stuff you see on Pinterest. We review all promoted content before we show it to our Pinners and work on data-driven initiatives to enable the review program. Using critical thinking and analytical skills, you’ll help us figure out how to do that at scale.
What you'll do :
Document and optimize existing ad review workflows
Project manage team initiatives to drive efficiency and quality
Pull, analyze and translate data into a narrative to influence cross-functional partners
Partner with various teams across Pinterest to maintain a high bar on ad quality and brand safety
What we’re looking for :
2-4 years of experience in Advertising or Online Operations
2 year experience using SQL
A team player who’s able to work in a fast-paced environment and learn new skills to help support the team
