Skills needed:
- Online/Digital Advertising/Marketing Management- 5 years

1. experience working with an agency on media planning, creative development, reporting and campaign optimization.

2. strong project management/campaign management experience in order to oversee a campaign's full lifecycle

- Enterprise experience- Understand the legal and regulatory requirements of an enterprise customer

- Experience working with Marketing/Advertising agencies to manage the clients online marketing campaigns posted on Yahoo, Google and other sites

- Experience in a regulated industry is helpful, as the individual needs to be well versed in Compliance needs/challenges of digital campaign development.

Scope/Day to day duties:
- Will meet with the clients internal LOBs to form a digital marketing strategy for banner ads outside of Wells Fargo.com on sites like Google, Yahoo, etc. This Marketing Manager will work with an ad agency, Universal McCann, who will come with a marketing concept for the LOB. Universal will also execute on the campaign. This Marketing Manager will work with Universal McCann to help manage the campaign. This Marketing Manager will also hold Universal McCann accountable for delivering.

- The Marketing Manager also needs to make sure that the campaign meets the legal and regulatory requirements from the client.
